Brew espresso coffee, let cool and pour into an ice cube tray.
Make sure your coffee ice cubes are completely frozen before proceeding with your iced cappuccino.
Place 4 coffee cubes in a blender. Add milk and sugar.
Process until foamy and slushy. Pour into a glass or cup and dust lightly with cinnamon or cocoa powder, if you wish.
Serve immediately.

Substitutions and Variations:-For a mocha flavored iced capp, stir cocoa powder (I suggest 1 tbsp per individual) along with the milk in the blender. You may also substitute chocolate milk for plain milk. -I have tried this recipe with almond milk instead of cow's milk and it works well. -For an extra decadent treat, top your drink with whipped cream.-The quantities of coffee cubes, milk and sugar are suggestions. Personalize the recipe according to your taste.
