How to make

Whisk chickpea flour, water, and salt in a medium sized sauce pan until smooth.

Cook over medium heat, and whisk constantly until the mixture is thick and smooth. Stir in parsley.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and refrigerate until completely cooled.  Cut into squares with a sharp knife.

Fry in canola or vegetable oil until crisp and golden.
