Fish and Seafood
I enjoy a good fish or seafood dish any time of the year. But on Christmas Eve in most Italian households, fish and seafood rules supreme! You can't go wrong with classic Italian dishes such as Seafood Pasta, Baccala alla Ghiotta made with salt cod or Stuffed Calamari in Tomato Sauce.
Our menu has also expanded to include a few recipes that are not traditional Italian dishes but have become family favorites throughout the years such as Coquilles St-Jacques or Portuguese Salt Cod and Potato Casserole.
