From Garden to Table
The growing season here in Montreal is quite short. However, I take full advantage of summer to grow my own vegetables, just like my dad did! Here, I'm sharing with you my favorite garden to table recipes featuring traditional dishes that my parents made with their fresh produce such as Stewed Green Beans with Tomatoes; Spaghetti with Oven Fried Zucchini; and Eggplant Caponata.
Throughout the years, I've started a few new traditions of my own by adding rhubarb to my garden which I'm turning into delicious dishes such as Rhubarb Applesauce; and Rhubarb Strawberry Crostata.
