Holiday Recipes
All Italian holidays have specific recipes associated with them and may vary from one region to another. I've taken the time to document these traditional holiday favorites for you! For example, it simply would not be Christmas without a towering plate of sticky, crisp Sicilian Pignolata; on St-Joseph's Day (March 2019) most Italians will rush out to purchase their Zeppole, but it's so easy to make your own; and Easter is never complete without lots of ricotta sweets such as Ricotta Pie; or Sweet Ricotta Easter Calzone. And let's not forget our traditional Sicilian braided Easter bread!
